Day 271

Another pair from my Venezuela trip. After I got these, someone told me that the hanging shells are called Dead Man's Toenails! These earrings sparked my interest in using shark vertebrae in jewelry - here, they are dyed turquoise, although I tend to use them in their natural state.

Day 270

Another pair from my collection....
I got these on a trip to Venezuela, back when I could wear dangly earrings.

Day 259

So, I've decided to broaden the horizons of 365 Days of Earrings to include vintage earrings that I've collected or been lucky enough to inherit, as well as any other fabulous designs I own or come across... This pair is a charming set of pearl clip-ons that belonged to David's Great Aunt Helen, who I inherited many beautiful things from.

Day 251

{ Grandma's Pearls }
When I washed these antique glass beads, most of the pearl coating came right off...
but I actually really like them like this.
